Lou Dalton
I found her whilst scanning the last day of the London fashion week schedule, I chose him off the last day list as it's menswear and although I'm far from a tomboy a lot of the time I prefer mens clothing to some womans. I think it's great that a woman is designing mens clothing and I definitely want to look into that area myself so I found out some information.
She's not overly established yet and appearing in London fashion week is her career highlight so far, but looking through some of her designs she's a very talented young woman who has a lot of interesting ideas and designs. She seems to specialise in sportswear but she has a flare of making it look trendy and new. She studied at the royal college of art and has worked for Hamish Morrow, Stone Island, Crucciani Knitwear and Charlie Allen.
I think she has a good eye for colour and I love the dull purples and navy's she uses, very interesting style of design and I think she'll be great on LFW!
